The role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan while partnering with providers for seamless, coordinated treatment. Responsibilities also include supporting families in understanding health needs and accurately documenting care within the EHR system.
Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, active CPR/BLS certification, a valid CMA Certification, and a valid North Carolina Driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include one year of clinical experience in a primary care or outpatient setting and familiarity with team-based care models.
