The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing radiographic procedures to aid in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries, adhering to American College of Radiology standards. This individual must collaborate with other technologists, radiologists, and leadership to ensure all diagnostic procedures are executed efficiently, effectively, and with high quality and patient concern.
Candidates must be a graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology and possess an active ARRT (R) certification along with BLS certification; prior experience in Radiology is preferred. Essential abilities include strong independent judgment, the capacity to work under rigid time constraints, constant awareness of patient conditions, and effective communication skills.
