The physician will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients, maintaining accurate medical records and diagnosing/managing moderately to complex medical conditions. Responsibilities also include coordinating referrals, collaborating with specialists, and participating in clinical quality improvement programs.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Candidates must possess an MD or DO from an accredited medical school along with an active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice, and Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing high-acuity patients is required, alongside a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
