The role involves practicing as a full-time General Dentist at the specified location, focusing on providing accessible, exceptional, and integrated oral healthcare services to patients. Candidates must be an Accredited Dental School Graduate and possess an active Oregon state dental license, or the ability to obtain one by employment time. Other requirements include necessary licenses or certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI.
