The role serves as the primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, assisting them in living as independently as possible within their chosen community under direct supervision. This position also contributes specialized knowledge to the treatment team and program.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED with three years of direct mental health services, or an Associate’s degree with two years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services. A minimum of one year of experience in a specialty area, a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance are also mandatory.

Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community. In addition, this position provides knowledge of a specialty area to the treatment team and program.
Expected starting wage range is $28.27 - $34.54. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The San Mateo Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) will bring crisis services to people in the community delivered by a dedicated team of mental health professionals with law enforcement involvement only where necessary. It is an exciting opportunity to expand much - needed crisis care in San Mateo County; in a way that is safe, accessible, and compassionate. Our goals are to help people to get support they need and reduce unnecessary law enforcement involvement, ER visits, and hospitalizations.
