Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based modalities. Maintain a minimum caseload of 20 clients per week and complete all clinical documentation accurately and timely.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children, adolescents and adults Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Mimimum active caseload of 20 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: 60% of Net Collections (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000 depending on hours worked) Flexible schedule (set your own schedule & hours!) Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC in Florida Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Licensed Therapist
