The minimum starting salary for this position is $80,600 annualized

The Behavioral Health Provider for Primary Care provides direct psychotherapy services to Behavioral Health patients and assists the Behavioral Health Director in clinical functions of the department; developing and implementing policies and procedures; collecting data and developing reports; and other responsibilities as assigned.
Position is located at the Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis, a federally qualified community health center (FQHC.) Full Time, 40 hours weekly, on site
Candidates must have a current MA LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline. Two years of experience providing therapy in individual, family, or group modalities is preferred.
