The LPN will triage patients, expedite referrals to specialty offices, and maintain documentation on referrals. They will also remind patients of their appointments and ensure timely addressing of referrals.
Candidates must have a Certificate of Completion as a Licensed Practical Nurse and be IV certified. They should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
