Salary
$32 - $35 / HOUR
The nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications and assisting with activities of daily living. They will also monitor patient progress and communicate with scheduling personnel.
Candidates must have a current NC or Compact State nursing license and familiarity with home skilled nursing needs. Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies is preferred, but training is available.
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Assist with ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc. Monitor and document patient progress Communicate promptly with scheduling personnel Qualifications Current NC or Compact State nursing license Familiarity with home skilled nursing needs Experience with caring for patients on a ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy and or be willing to train Reliable transportation
