The Optometrist will evaluate patients' vision and health care needs, document findings, and consult with patients regarding their vision care. They will also lead and foster a collaborative team environment while delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Candidates must have a license in good standing to practice Optometry in Arkansas and possess a National Provider Identification (NPI). The role requires a commitment to quality patient care and collaboration with a team.
