The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan for patients under the supervision of a physician. They will also make revisions to any established plan of care as necessary.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and possess an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are also required.
