The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement care plans established by the Registered Physical Therapist and monitor resident performance and progress. Responsibilities also include screening residents, modifying treatment plans, and supervising Rehab Therapy Aides.
Candidates must have an associate degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program and an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and knowledge of Functional Pathways policies are also required.
