The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality care for residents, including observing and documenting their conditions, administering medications, and implementing care plans. They also oversee aides and communicate with residents' points of contact regarding changes in condition.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program at an accredited institution and hold an active LVN license in Texas. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
