The role involves delivering high-quality clinical services, including conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Key duties also include facilitating various therapy sessions and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the electronic clinical record.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, along with an active LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist) credential. Experience in substance use treatment is strongly preferred, with additional experience in trauma, mental health, or eating disorders being advantageous.

Required qualifications: ✔ Active North Carolina LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist) credential

✔ Experience providing substance use disorder treatment services preferred
✔ Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and clinical documentation standards
✔ Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
