The Nurse Circulator assists in providing nursing care within an Ambulatory Surgical Center, assuming total responsibility for patient care according to physician orders and center policies. During procedures, the circulator acts as an intermediary between operating room staff and the rest of the center.
Candidates must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and possess a current state RN license, along with required CPR and ACLS certifications. A minimum of one year of experience in the Operating Room, with the ability to both scrub and circulate, is preferred.
