Receives instruction in appropriate treatment standards and practical application of intervention procedures, restraints and seclusion. Completes controlled work assignments of increasing difficulty, complexity and responsibility. Instructs staff responsible for implementing treatment programs and support or ancillary staff impacting treatment programs on detailed treatment instructions and methodologies. Serves as a member of an Interdisciplinary Team. Essential Functions

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. A master's degree is required for BCBA certification, and a doctoral degree is required for BCBA-D designation.

Conditions of Employment

Requires the ability to utilize office equipment, including personal computers.

Requires the ability to physically restrain individuals as necessary to prevent injury to individual or others.

Requires the ability to work after business hours, weekends and holidays.

Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties.

Requires ability to pass the IDHS background check.

Requires ability to pass a drug screen for drugs prohibited from recreational use under Illinois Law.
