Provides direct and individualized nursing care to clients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client safety.
Requires graduation from an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program and a valid state nursing license. CPR certification and de-escalation training are required, with one or more years of clinical experience preferred.
