The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for monitoring client behaviors, providing continuous care, and maintaining a safe, structured environment. They facilitate rehabilitative groups and respond to crisis situations and medical emergencies as needed.
Candidates must be high school graduates and possess CPR and de-escalation certifications. Experience working with psychiatric populations and knowledge of dual diagnosis are preferred.
