The nurse will work directly with providers to assess patients and establish effective care pathways within a fast-paced observation unit. Responsibilities include delivering relationship-based nursing care and ensuring safe, efficient, age-specific clinical outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Applicants are expected to obtain an Ohio RN license and BLS certification during the orientation period.

If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance. Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.Note: Education and degree verification will be required upon receiving a job offer.
BSN preferred Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
