The Associate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine will primarily examine and treat small animal patients, prescribe treatments, and perform necessary surgeries in a high-volume outpatient setting. Responsibilities also include providing follow-up care, assisting in client retention and development, and participating in team meetings.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent and maintain active licensure in Virginia, along with an active DEA license. Essential qualities include being compassionate, dedicated, team-oriented, and demonstrating excellent communication and decision-making skills.
