The Medical Assistant will perform patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations. These duties are delegated by and performed under the direction/supervision of a Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Candidates must possess an active CMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic certification and have at least one year of clinical or administrative experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
