The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist will deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children, conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans for various communication and feeding needs. This role involves implementing engaging, play-based interventions and accurately documenting care while collaborating closely with families and the interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold an active state SLP license or be eligible for licensure, with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility being preferred. Essential qualities include strong communication, interpersonal skills, clinical reasoning, and a passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs.
