The Medical Records Coordinator II supports clinic medical records functions by accurately performing clerical duties such as pulling, filing, scanning, and preparing copies of medical records upon request. This role also involves ensuring all requests for copies are authorized, reviewing records for completeness, and facilitating necessary physician signatures.
Candidates must demonstrate eligibility for employment in the United States and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of required clerical experience. Essential qualifications include demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated databases, and knowledge of medical terminology.
