Assists patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and basic medical procedures like EKGs and phlebotomy. Observes and reports changes in patient conditions to the registered nurse while maintaining equipment inventory.

Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, dressing 2.
Obtains and records vital signs, weights, and heights 3.
Assists patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities 4.
Performs post mortem care 5.
Performs EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring 6.
Observes and reports changes in patients' condition to the RN 7.
Maintains phlebotomy equipment and inventory 8.
Other related duties as assigned.
