Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and the care team while upholding professionalism and strong customer service.
Candidates must possess an active CNA certification (recommended) and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, which is required for the role. The ideal applicant should demonstrate a passion for caregiving, be dependable, trustworthy, able to work independently, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
