CNAs focus on resident service and personal comfort under nurse direction, while LPNs deliver a full range of nursing care under RN direction. RNs plan and deliver nursing care, ensuring quality and dignity, and guide LPNs and CNAs as nurse leaders.
Candidates must successfully complete a state-approved nursing program and possess current state certification or licensure, along with basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or with behavioral/memory care is considered a plus.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.
