The LVN/LPN Float will prioritize resident service by delivering a full range of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse, which includes admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Key duties involve conducting daily rounds, administering medication, monitoring unlicensed staff, and maintaining resident information confidentiality.
Candidates must possess a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state, along with strong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer literacy or a willingness to learn. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, direct care for multiple residents, or behavioral/memory care is considered a plus.
