The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care through physical and mental assessments, laboratory testing, and implementing treatment plans, including performing crisis intervention. Responsibilities also involve maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, leading the shift team, and ensuring quality patient care delivery.
Candidates must possess an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program, a current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, and certifications in CPR and hospital-selected de-escalation techniques. Preferred experience includes at least one year in a behavioral healthcare setting.
