This Registered Nurse position is responsible for conducting medical eligibility assessments for various long-term care programs, including Title 19 nursing home admissions and State Plan Personal Care. Responsibilities involve completing comprehensive evaluations through telephone, electronic means, or in-person home visits to identify applicant needs and recommend medical eligibility.
Candidates must possess a valid permanent Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or an eNLC license, requiring two years of professional nursing experience for Level I and three years for Level II. Applicants must also be able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs. and maintain stable, reliable home internet if teleworking.
