As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff while utilizing nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. This role involves creating a comforting atmosphere, promoting teamwork, and ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care through collaboration with various facility teams.
Candidates must possess a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana and demonstrate proficiency in medication management skills. Essential requirements also include the ability to conduct thorough assessments, accurately document resident condition changes, and show a strong commitment to geriatric nursing excellence.
