The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist delivers patient-centered service by performing CT exams and procedures under the direction of a radiologist. This involves administering ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while strictly adhering to ALARA guidelines and all regulatory requirements for safe care.
Required qualifications include an Associate’s degree and graduation from a JRCERT accredited school of Radiology, along with 5 years of direct CT experience. Candidates must possess ARRT, IEMA certifications, and current BLS CPR, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist provides patient centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures at a technical level. The CT Technologist administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.
