This individual is responsible for preparing patients and assisting the physician with procedures and minor surgeries, while also performing various diagnostic tests and patient education within the clinic. They maintain equipment and act as a liaison between the physician and outside agencies, supporting other medical staff to ensure patient flow.
A high school education is required, along with certification or registration as a Medical Assistant (RMA) from an accredited institution. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical medical office setting is preferred, including experience with Lab, EKG, and X-ray procedures.

Supports other medical staff members as necessary to maintain patient flow.
