About the role

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will join the Vascular Surgery team to see and manage follow-up patients in the Vascular Surgery clinic located adjacent to the hospital. This is a clinic-based position within Northwest Physicians Group.

Northwest Physicians Group (NPG), the employed provider group of Northwest Texas Healthcare System, is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Vascular Surgery team for a clinic-based position.

As a Level II and Lead Trauma Center for the 26-county Texas Panhandle and certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center, the hospital treats over 64,000 patients in its ED each year.

NWTHS features a Children's Hospital, The Childbirth Center, and Surgical services in robotics, cardiothoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, bariatrics, head and neck, orthopedics, and ortho trauma.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant holding an active, clear Texas license. Comparable surgical experience, specifically in Vascular Surgery, is preferred for this role.
