Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help provide supervision and support to clients in our residential group home setting.
We offer ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individual's role in making choices to give them greater control of the direction of their life.

You would provide hands-on, person-centered individualized care and support for our residents.
DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, Assistant Residential Manager, other DSPs and more to support residents in our home.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, possess a High School diploma, and be proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
