The role also involves assisting patients with daily living activities while teaching self-care techniques and maintaining a safe environment.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as an LPN in a home care setting and must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Applicants are also required to possess a current state LPN license and proof of current CPR certification, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
