Conducts comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs Develops and individualizes patient-centered care plans based on assessment findings, physician orders, and evidence-based practice Sets measurable patient goals and outcomes Administers medications safely and accurately via various routes, including oral, intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular, according to physician orders and hospital policy Performs skilled nursing procedures, treatments, and interventions as prescribed (e.g., wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, ventilator management oversight) Monitors and interprets patient vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic test findings, taking appropriate action Job Requirements Required Completed education as a Registered Nurse Registered Nurse: MN Basic Life Support - CPR Preferred Previous hospital experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support Trauma Nurse Core Course Neonatal Resuscitation Program Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid MN license and Basic Life Support (CPR) certification. Previous hospital experience and advanced certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP are preferred.
