A Day in the Life of an LPN - Longville Clinic In this role, the Clinic LPN delivers direct patient care by preparing patients for physician examinations, assisting with medical procedures, and administering medications as per established protocols. The position involves performing essential laboratory functions including blood collection and basic tests, while ensuring regulatory compliance with both healthcare and laboratory standards. You will frequently collaborate with physicians, laboratory staff, and radiology directors to facilitate comprehensive patient care and diagnostic accuracy. Challenges include managing multiple patient needs efficiently and adapting to varied health conditions seamlessly. The work structure is dynamic, often requiring cross-functional coordination to enhance patient flow and optimize clinic operations. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions. Requirements

Candidates must possess a current LPN License to practice in Minnesota or obtain CMA certification/registration within one year of hire, along with American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire. A minimum of a High School diploma is required, and previous LPN experience or graduation from a medical assistant program is preferred.
