Your duties include assessing and educating patients, preparing them for physician examinations, and assisting during medical procedures. You'll face challenges such as managing high-stress situations and adapting to diverse patient needs quickly. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with physicians, other nurses, and administrative staff to optimize care and clinic flow. Your workday involves direct patient interactions, meticulous documentation, and the operation of various medical equipment, all within the adherence to state laws and nursing standards. Requirements

Candidates must hold a current LPN license for the State of Minnesota and obtain American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire. One year of clinical nursing experience is required for coordinator or specialist roles.
