The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services based on a written physician's plan of care, which includes assessing patient status, evaluating the home environment, and directing treatment programs. Responsibilities also involve instructing patients and caregivers, reporting patient reactions to physicians, and participating in discharge planning.
Candidates must possess a Physical Therapist (PT) License in the State of Idaho and maintain current CPR certification, a Driver's License, and Auto Insurance. Experience in Home Health and Hospice is preferred but not mandatory.
