The core responsibilities involve assisting residents with daily living activities, socialization, and documenting the care provided to ensure a safe and dignified living environment. This includes obtaining and recording vital signs and promptly communicating any changes observed to the nursing staff.
Candidates must possess an active Arizona CNA license, a Level one Fingerprint card, and current CPR certification. The role requires providing compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care.
