The role involves rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships and supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Responsibilities also include assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and ideally have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. A valid Minnesota driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are mandatory requirements for this position.
