The primary duties involve providing personal attendant care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and ambulation. Responsibilities also cover meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to appointments.
Candidates must possess a Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) from the CA State, which includes Livescan fingerprinting for a background check, and a recent TB Test within 90 days of starting. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA, have the physical capability to perform all job functions, maintain a safe driving record with valid insurance if driving clients, and be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
