A Counselor is a compassionate and patient entry-level, direct-care, human services professional who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing instruction and support to children and youth diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance, using strengths-based and trauma-informed practices, with the goal of improving functioning and overall quality of life. As a Counselor you will be an integral member of the team, providing daily documentation and feedback regarding youth progress and needs.
