Come work with us at Pathways, Inc. as a CNA in one of our intermediate care facility residences for aging adults with developmental disabilities. You will work in a small homelike environment with 10–12 beds, where ratios are a max 1 to 4, typically 1 to 2.
The ICF Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene care, range of motion, repositioning, ambulation, dining, assisting with behavioral needs, medication administration and overall health and wellbeing of the Individual. The Certified Nursing Assistant meets regularly with the Shift Supervisor, QIDP, Residence Manager, RN and confers with other members of the Individual's Service Planning Team to ensure services are appropriate.

ICF Residence Counselor $19.02–$21.63 per hour! (Depending on related experience) - shifts worked during 10:00 pm–6:00 am receive an additional $2.00/hour
