The Registered Veterinary Technician will support Technician and Doctor teams by maintaining a positive, low-stress environment for patients and clients, aiming to deliver an outstanding client experience to facilitate exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, patient assessment, laboratory sample processing, assisting with diagnostic imaging, and managing patient recovery.
Candidates must possess credentials such as CVT, RVT, or LVT and utilize their knowledge in areas like physical exams, lab work, and assisting with advanced diagnostics like CT scans. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, safe animal handling, and knowledge of chemotherapy safety protocols are essential.
