The Behavioral Health Provider is responsible for providing individual and group counseling services to assist clients in achieving personal and social development. They also collect psycho-social data, perform mental health evaluations, and develop care plans for clients.

This position will be focused on Pediatrics, Adolescents & Adults.
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing social or behavioral health services to patients and families by performing the following
Valid state licensure as a Licensed Advanced Social Worker (or associate), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (or associate), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (or associate), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (or associate), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and/or Licensed Professional Counselor required. Two years of clinical practice with underserved populations desired.
Knowledge of available community linkage resources. Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
Computer skills required. Work requires consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion. BLS (CPR/AED)
required. Valid drivers’ license and insurance required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.
Must talk, hear, and sit more than two-thirds of the day. Using hands occurs over two-thirds of the day, while reaching with arms occurs less than one-third of the day. Communicating is required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
