The Advanced Practice Provider will care for patients across the generational spectrum in a busy family medicine practice. They will work collaboratively with a team that includes physicians, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Corewell Health’s Northeast service area is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team in a Visiting Site Specialist role. In this position, you will provide care across the generational spectrum by supporting busy practices where provider coverage is needed. When not assigned to a visiting site, your home base will be Big Rapids Family Medicine.
Experience is required.
Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required as we care for patients of all ages.
All practices have a mix of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Team-based care is supplemented with Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and experienced medical assistants working one-to-one with the providers. Ancillary services such as laboratory, x-ray, PT/OT, and specialty care are available at most sites.

Other Sites include: Reed City, Evart, Canadian Lakes
