The Occupational Therapist evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. They also coordinate all components of a patient’s home care services and ensure proper documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required, along with current licensure in Ohio and CPR certification. Candidates should have 1-3 years of job-related experience, preferably with clinical experience in an acute care setting.
