The Program Therapist/Case Manager performs Social Services functions to assist patients with their biopsychosocial needs and uses therapeutic treatment skills to help them achieve optimal emotional health. Duties include completing assessments, treatment plans, group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and discharge planning.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field. Applicants are also required to be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction and CPR, though paid training is provided for these certifications.
