This base-level staff position involves performing a variety of technical procedures related to Computed Tomography (C.T.) for the diagnosis and treatment of human patients. The duties are carried out under the guidance of the Director of Radiology and Special Imaging.
Candidates must be licensed by the Louisiana Board of Radiologic Technology Examiners and must be registered in Radiologic Technology by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or obtain this registration within 90 days of employment. Registration in Cat Scan by ARRT is preferred.
